Most barbecue joints in Texas start as early as 10AM and stay open until they sell out of meat. The team drove around Texas trying barbecue at 3-4 locations a day (one can only imagine the meat sweats). Some of their favorites were John Mueller Meat Co., Lamberts, Franklin’s, La Barbecue, Blacks, Snow’s, and Louie Mueller.
